Login on mobile
Open the browser or app
Open the official 3bd games site or app on your Android or iOS device. Check the address bar to confirm you are on the correct domain.
Tap the login button
Find the "Login" button near the top of the screen and tap it. A form will open where you can enter your username and password.
Fill in your details
Enter the username or mobile number and password you provided at registration. Pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
Verify OTP (first time)
In some cases, an OTP may be sent to your registered mobile the first time you log in on a new device. Enter it within the given time to confirm access.
Login on computer

What to do if you forget your password or username
It is common to forget a password when logging in after a long time. The password recovery process on 3bd games is simple and quick.
Recovery via mobile number
Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number and enter the OTP sent to you within the given time. Then create a new password.
Recovery via email
If you provided an email at registration, enter that email address. A reset link will be sent — click the link to create a new password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder.
If you cannot remember your username
If you cannot remember your username, contact 3bd games 24/7 live chat support. After verifying your identity with your registered mobile number or email, the support team will assist you.
When creating a new password, use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters — at least 8 characters long. To learn about account rules, read the Terms and Conditions.
How to keep your account secure
Security of your online gaming account is always important. 3bd games users should follow some simple but effective security habits.
Use a strong password
Avoid using your date of birth or simple number combinations. Create a strong password with letters, numbers, and special characters, and do not use the same password anywhere else.
Never share your OTP with anyone
3bd games never asks for an OTP over a call or message. If someone asks for your OTP, it is a scam — notify support immediately and change your password.
Beware of fake sites
Fake websites that look like 3bd games are created to steal your information. Confirm the correct domain in your browser's address bar — check both the SSL padlock and the correct URL.
Be careful on public Wi-Fi
It is best not to log in to your account on open Wi-Fi at tea stalls or bus stops. Use your own mobile data or connect from a trusted network.
Log out after use
Always log out after playing on a shared device or public computer. Not saving your browser cache and password is also a safe habit.
Do not click on suspicious links
Do not log in by clicking on unknown links received via SMS or messenger. Do not open links claiming to offer bonuses without verifying them first.
To learn more about protecting your account and information, read the Responsible Gaming page. You will find more detailed guidelines there.
What to do if you have trouble logging in
Password showing as incorrect
Check whether Caps Lock is on. On mobile, auto-correct may change your password — turn it off and try again. If you enter the wrong password more than three times, the account may be temporarily locked — in that case, reset your password.
Page not loading
Check your internet connection. Clear your browser cache and try again (Ctrl+Shift+Delete in Chrome). Try a different browser or incognito mode.
OTP not arriving
The OTP may take a few seconds. It may be delayed if the network is weak. Click the "Resend" option — it usually arrives within 30–60 seconds. If it still does not come, notify support.
Account not found
Entering the wrong username or phone number will show "Account not found". Try to recall the number you used at registration. If you have multiple numbers, try them one by one.
Automatically logged out after logging in
If cookies are blocked in the browser, the session will not persist — allow cookies. Check your browser's privacy settings. If your browser or app is on an older version, update it.
Contact support if the problem is not resolved
If none of the above solutions work, contact 3bd games 24-hour live chat support. Help is available in both Bengali and English. Support is also easy to reach through the 3bd games App.
